Atrium Agri and VEK Adviesgroep: Each Following Their Own Path

Bergschenhoek, November 14th, 2025 - In mutual agreement, Atrium Agri and VEK Adviesgroep have decided to end their collaboration.

As of today, ownership of VEK Adviesgroep will return fully into the hands of Pascal van Oers and Willem Nat.  This marks the beginning of a new chapter in which VEK, as an independent consultancy firm, will be able to continue its course independently.

In the recent years, VEK Adviesgroep has been part of Atrium Agri, a group of integrated companies within the greenhouse horticulture sector.  The decision to end the collaboration stems from a shared understanding that independence is better suited to the nature of VEK’s business activities and its position within the marketplace.

“I look with pride at the next steps Willem and Pascal are taking,” says Marck Hagen CEO at Atrium Agri.  “By continuing independently, VEK will have greater opportunities in the market to provide impartial advice than it currently can as part of Atrium Agri.  We will miss their presence within the group, however I am convinced this is the best step for VEK.  Moreover, I am confident that we will continue to meet while working on projects for mutual clients in the greenhouse horticulture sector, so we certainly won’t lose sight of one another.”

Willem Nat, co-owner of VEK Adviesgroep, also looks positively towards the next phase.  “Over the past few years, we have worked together within Atrium Agri with great pleasure and appreciation,” he says.  “Becoming fully independent once again allows us to respond even more precisely to our clients’ advisory needs.  We continue to regard Atrium Agri as a valued partner within the sector and look forward to future collaborations.”
